Product Features:

The PET surface of the PET+PEI steel plate exhibits a pattern resembling carbon fiber, where the intersection of gloss and matte surfaces forms a striped pattern, creating a three-dimensional and orderly print surface with a distinctive texture. This plate can withstand temperatures up to 120°C, making it ideal for low-temp filaments like PLA and PETG. The PEI coating presents a delicate matte texture, exuding a calm and stable quality for ABS, with a high-temp resistance of up to 300°C.

Premium Materials:

In addition to the thick PET film and our proprietary high-adhesion PEI formula, we use a 0.4mm thick stainless steel plate that is resistant to deformation and rust. With high flatness and ample toughness, it provides strong adhesion, making it extremely user-friendly. We have extensively tested and verified the results on various machines.

Usage Guidelines:

Attention should be paid to the nozzle-to-surface distance to prevent permanent scars. Regular cleaning with alcohol or a cleaning agent is recommended to maintain surface cleanliness. Dirt and oil stains can reduce print adhesion and affect the clarity of the carbon fiber-like pattern on the PET surface. In extreme conditions such as humid filaments, intricate models, or high-speed printing, adjusting speed and increasing bed temp are recommended.
