Upgraded Ceramic Heating Core CHC Hotend 24V for Voron 2.4, Ender 3 V2 Pro, CR10, Ender 5 Pro/Plus, Ender 6 3D Printers

The package includes 1x heatsink, 1x integrated heater block tube with a hardened steel nozzle measuring 0.4mm, 1x ceramic heater, 1x thermistor, 1x silicone cover (capable of withstanding temperatures up to 300°C), and 2x cable extensions, along with a set of wrench tools.

The ceramic heater is rated at 24V 48W, while the thermistor is an NTC 100K 3950B, with a flow rate of up to 33mm³/S. Compared to a standard CHC hotend, this hotend's ceramic heater tube and thermistor are separate and not soldered, allowing users to easily replace them without the need to replace the entire heater block kit.

This upgraded kit features a copper heat block with a nickel plating treatment, providing high-temperature resistance of up to 300°C and fast heat conduction. The interference between the TC4 titanium heatbreak tube and the heat block increases the step surface at the bottom of the throat, completely eliminating the phenomenon of falling off and reducing the possibility of leakage.

The hardened steel nozzle is connected by a thread and is in contact with the bottom step of the heatbreak, effectively solving the issue of falling off and reducing the likelihood of leakage. The removable nozzle can be easily replaced, saving time.

Two different connector adapters are included, making the hotend compatible with Voron 2.4, Ender 3, Ender 3 Pro, Ender 3 V2, Ender 5 series, Ender 2 series, Ender 6, CR10 series, and CR10S 3D printers.

For firmware selection, the following options are available:

1. Marlin Firmware Configuration: 100k Formbot / Vivedino 3950 350°C thermistor with a 4.7k pullup.
2. Klipper: NTC 100K 3950B.
